It's my kids first ever school picture day...we homeschoolers normally miss out on that annual tragedy event. But since we are part of a charter school program this year we get to join in all the photo "fun".
So this was them before we headed out the door...
Of course I was not happy that I had picked out long sleeve shirts and its like a hundred and fifty degrees this week. Fortunately we went early enough to miss most of the heat. Fortunately the building where pictures were being taken was air conditioned. Fortunately I didn't go into this adventure with high expectations...there is less room for disappointment that way. (in theory)
On an unrelated to school picture day note: Go Giants!!!! It looks like my favorite baseball team might be making the playoffs...woo hoo! Friday the Plumcute 4 is headed out to AT&T park to cheer them on as they (hopefully) beat the Padres. It's Orange Jersey Friday too...not my best color but I will sport it for the love of baseball and the Giants.
Ina...who tracks the Giants for me (now that's love)
Until Next Time,
PS my new Christmas quilt is almost bound & ready...and IT LOOKS AWESOME!!!! (the word awesome is sung in my best ever opera voice...I will keep my day job and thanks to the isolation of the internet you were spared the "experience")
